My scanner is not showing when I go to scan a document?

When commencing scanning, select the 'source' button top right of the screen. Your scanner should show in the list. Click on it and press OK. If the scanner is not showing, then check it is switched on and the cables are connected. For Windows 2000/XP, exit Business-Work-Ware and then log back in. For Windows'98, you must not only exit Business-Work-Ware, but also re-start your computer too, in order that Windows'98 can 'discover' the scanner. Log back in to Business-Work-Ware your scanner should then show for selection from the 'Source' list.

I cannot login to Business-Work-Ware.?

Ensure that you have selected the appropriate database connection, and that you are correctly keying your password. Especially for Windows'98, it may be worth shutting-down and re-starting your computer to 'refresh' network connections and program settings, and then try logging-in again.

When I try to login to Business-Work-Ware, I get the message "User XXXX Already Logged On To The System." ?

This happens if your workstation 'crashes' and you have not therefore been able to exit Business-Work-Ware normally. Your activity entry in the central Business-Work-Ware database will need to be cleared. Speak with your administrator to clear this entry. You will then be able to log in normally.

How can I change the colours in Business-Work-Ware?
